  Display Current Call Charges On IP Phone
 

Our Callshop software displays the current call charges for an ongoing call upon the IP Phone LCD and these charges are updated as the call continues. Supported IP Phones are Linksys & ATCOM.

  Provider Independent
  It is independent of VoIP provider. You can have the VoIP service provider of your own choice.
  Tech Prefixes
  Tech Prefixes are supported in our CallShop Software, hence one may utilize different routes such as Premium, Standard, Platinum etc.

CallShop

  Postpaid and Prepaid Modes
  Both Postpaid and Prepaid Modes are available, hence one can set some specific amount for a booth which is set to the Prepaid Mode and then the customer in that booth may consume his Prepaid Balance as per his requirement and collect the remaining balance and receipt from the CallShop Manager upon exiting his booth.
  Destination Rates
  Very easy and user friendly A-Z rate management. Different type of connection charges can be defined at each destination. Admin can Add / Edit different rates and associate Gateways with different rates.
  Taxes
  Taxes are available in both Compound and Simple Modes as in some countries taxes are applied in a compound manner whereas in some other countries simple taxes are applied.
  Call Intervals
  Call intervals are provided, where call interval time is defined in seconds and rate as amount. For example first call interval is of 30 seconds and its rate is $.5 then even if call is of less than 30 seconds, $.5 will be charged. And Second interval is of 60 seconds with rate $1 and total time of call is 35 seconds then it will be charged $1.5
  Number Formation
  Number Formation Feature is available so that one may set up local dialing norms for customers, attributes such as International Dialing Prefix, Local Country Code, Local Dialing Prefix, Local City Prefix, Local Number length.
  Comprehensive Management Reports
  Billing Admin can generate the Reports related to Calls or Payments.
  Configuration
  Easy to configure the settings provided by the VoIP provider.
